Handful of Stars ist das achte Album von Drudkh, das 2010 veröffentlicht wurde. Der Gitarrensound auf diesem Album ist deutlich klarer als auf allen vorherigen Alben der Band, mit Ausnahme ihres Folk-Albums Songs of Grief and Solitude. Kritiker und Fans bemerkten einen starken Einfluss von Post-Rock und Bands wie Alcest. Auch hier wurden wieder Gedichte ukrainischer Autoren wie Oleksa Stefanovych und Svyatoslav Gordynskyj für die Texte verwendet.
